USUR CARD CO — RETURN POLICY
1. GENERAL / TIME‑BASED ELIGIBILITY
Returns are permitted only for products purchased under our LIVE Breaks category. A return request may be submitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled completion time of the LIVE Break. If limited spots remain in the break you wish to cancel, it is essential to contact USUR Card Co immediately. A refund cannot be processed if the break fills before your request is received. Partial cancellations are not permitted under any circumstance. USUR Card Co does not accept returns for sealed products, individual trading cards, or any singles or sealed items purchased through our storefront. All sales of these items are final.
2. METHOD OF REFUND
Refunds will be issued only to the original form of payment. If the original payment method cannot be used, USUR Card Co may issue store credit instead.
3. PRODUCT CONDITION
USUR Card Co does not offer returns on sealed products or individual cards. All cards pulled during LIVE Breaks are shown on camera in real time. Manufacturer defects, print lines, centering issues, or other factory‑related imperfections are not grounds for a return or refund.

5. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
If USUR Card Co approves and processes your return, no additional charges—including restocking fees or convenience fees—will be applied.
6. SHIPPING‑RELATED ISSUES
If a shipment arrives damaged, misdelivered, or lost in transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. USUR Card Co will assist by providing tracking information or documentation when possible, but we are not responsible for carrier‑related issues.
7. FRAUD PREVENTION
USUR Card Co reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or store credit in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the return policy, excessive or repeated return requests, or attempts to manipulate break outcomes.
