USUR CARD CO — SHIPPING, ORDERS & FULFILLMENT POLICY
At checkout, customers acknowledge and agree to all USUR Card Co policies listed on our website, including this Shipping, Orders & Fulfillment Policy and our Return Policy.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are prepared and shipped within 0–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing times may vary. Once an order enters processing, changes may not be possible. Adjustment requests, including address corrections, must be emailed to info@usurcardco.com immediately. Updating your account profile does not update existing orders.
2. SHIPPING COVERAGE
USUR Card Co ships exclusively within Canada.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders that meet our posted free-shipping threshold qualify automatically.
3.1 Singles & Small Orders
Orders containing only singles may qualify for a flat-rate tracked option depending on order value.
3.2 Oversized or Remote Shipments
Large items or deliveries to remote regions may require additional fees. Customers will be contacted before processing if this applies.
3.3 Letter-Mail Shipments (If Offered)
Letter mail includes no tracking or insurance. USUR Card Co cannot replace, refund, or compensate for letter-mail shipments that do not arrive.
3.4 Fulfillment Confirmation
Items shipped via regular mail (including letter mail) are considered fulfilled once processed for shipment by USUR Card Co. Customers concerned about mail security are encouraged to contact us to arrange alternate tracked or insured shipping methods, which may incur additional cost.
4. DELIVERY & ADDRESS ACCURACY
USUR Card Co is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Customers may include delivery notes at checkout. For urgent changes, contact info@usurcardco.com immediately.
5. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & LOST PACKAGES
USUR Card Co is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported missing or stolen. Customers concerned about delivery security may request signature confirmation in their order notes or by contacting support. Carrier-related issues (delays, misdelivery, damage, loss) must be addressed directly with the carrier. USUR Card Co will assist by providing tracking information or documentation when possible.
6. PACKAGING STANDARDS
We package all shipments with care to ensure product safety. Depending on the order, this may include: Toploaders, Team bags, Bubble mailers, Cardboard protection, Boxes for sealed product.
7. DAMAGED ITEMS (NOT RETURNS)
If an order arrives with damaged items due to shipping, customers must email info@usurcardco.com with their order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. This section applies only to shipping damage. USUR Card Co does not accept returns for sealed products, singles, or any trading card items shipped from our storefront. The only returns permitted by USUR Card Co are those outlined in our LIVE Break Return Policy, which applies exclusively to break spots and only before the break is completed.
8. LIVE BREAK HITS — SHIPPING RULES
Cards pulled during LIVE Breaks are shown on camera in real time. Break hits ship according to the shipping method selected at checkout or as posted in the break description. Break hits cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
9. PRE-ORDERS
Orders containing pre-release items ship only when all items in the order are available. Pre-order cancellations or quantity reductions may be subject to a fee based on payment-processor costs or posted pre-order terms. If store credit is issued instead of a refund, all related transactions become final sale.
10. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders depend on product availability. If an item is oversold or unavailable, it will be removed from the order and the customer will be notified. If this reduces the order below the free-shipping threshold, the remaining items will still ship free.
11. QUANTITY LIMITS
USUR Card Co may adjust quantities on high-demand items or orders suspected to be for resale. Customers will be notified if changes occur.
12. FRAUD PREVENTION
Orders may require verification, including confirmation of name, address, phone number, or payment details. High-value or high-risk orders may require signature confirmation or additional verification steps. USUR Card Co reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
